You can order with the following payment methods:

Depending on the bank, the instant transfer can take up to 72 hours to process.
During this time we will prepare your order and ship it as soon as payment has been confirmed.

To which address can I have my order delivered?
You can choose your home address, company address or a packing station as the shipping address.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver your items to a PO box or to a border post office branch.
Please note that shipment tracking is limited for German goods post, meaning the goods post is not scanned at every station and there are fewer status messages compared to DHL packages.
Where do you ship to?
Deliveries are currently only possible to delivery addresses in Germany .
Other countries are not yet possible, but we are working on it.
How much are the shipping costs?
To Germany:
- Free shipping for orders over 30 €
- 3.90 € for orders under 30 €
Do you also deliver to a DHL Packstation?
Sure! You can also have your order sent to a DHL Packstation.
To do this, you can simply enter the DHL Packstation address as the delivery address when you place your order. Please do not forget to include your postal code!
It is best to enter it as follows:
Address = "Packstation" and the number of the Packstation (e.g. Packstation 100 )
Address supplement = your own postal number
How can I track my package?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number . With this tracking number you can track the status of your package directly on the DHL website .

How do I get my money back?
If you really need to return something, we will take care of your return immediately.
Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible after receipt of the goods via the original payment method used. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the credit has been paid out.
To make the process even faster and smoother, please contact us in advance so that we can announce your return in the system.
How can I return BIO:VEGANE products?
You are welcome to return one or more items to us within the 14-day cancellation period .
We will not cover the costs of return shipping.

It is very important that the delivery note from your package is enclosed with the return so that our warehouse can assign the return to your order. Also, be sure to keep the posting receipt with the tracking number so that we can track your return if necessary.
Returns without postage will be charged a service fee of 9.90 euros and will be deducted from your refund amount.
For hygienic reasons, we ask that you only return goods in their original packaging and unopened.
As soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse and have been booked, the amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method. This usually takes two to four days.

About our products
Does BIO:VEGAN conduct animal testing?
Of course not. BIO:VEGAN has never conducted animal testing since its inception. In accordance with current legislation, the required safety assessments are carried out for cosmetic products. Furthermore, product safety is ensured through testing with dermatologists. Our products meet the highest standards and are NATRUE® certified and registered with the Vegan Society. The presence of these seals indicates that both the product and its production processes and ingredients are vegan and cruelty-free.
Where do the ingredients in BIO:VEGAN products come from?
We prefer to source our raw materials from Europe; if this is not possible, then from Asia and South America.
What does NATRUE® certification mean?
NATRUE® is an independent seal that exclusively recognizes natural cosmetic products worldwide that meet the highest standards in terms of naturalness, quality, credibility and transparency.
I am not satisfied with my organic vegan product – what can I do?
BIO:VEGAN products leave our premises in perfect condition. However, should you be dissatisfied with your product, please contact us at service@biovegane.de or message us on Instagram @bio.vegane. We will get back to you as soon as possible and are confident that we can find a solution together.
Does BIO:VEGAN contain any allergenic ingredients?
Organic vegan products are highly tolerable and, of course, dermatologically tested. Due to the variety of substances that can trigger allergic reactions in individual cases, allergies can never be completely ruled out. This also applies to cosmetic products. When selecting our raw materials, we ensure that they have a low allergenic potential. We would be happy to analyze any problems you may have experienced. Are BIO:VEGAN products non-comedogenic?
Our products are specially developed and manufactured in Germany, and are non-comedogenic, meaning they won't clog pores. Since this is a given for us, we don't explicitly advertise this feature.
Online, you can find various lists of ingredients suspected of worsening blackheads or acne. The emphasis here is on "suspected," as there is no conclusive evidence. Furthermore, everyone's skin is unique and reacts differently. To prevent skin-nourishing oils and cream ingredients from becoming trapped in the pores, gentle yet effective daily cleansing is essential. This applies to normal to combination skin as well as to more demanding or dry skin.
Are BIO:VEGAN's packaging products recyclable?
Our packaging is made of glass, paper or plastic and is 100% recyclable. When selecting the packaging, we consciously chose materials that offer optimal protection for our sensitive natural cosmetics. Tubes and bottles must not release any substances into the product. Essential folding boxes are made of material according to FSC (Forest Stewardship Council, an organization founded in 1993 for the sustainable use of forests). We also continually work on optimizing the packaging in terms of weight and sustainability.
Why should you use special care for the eye area?
Special care for the eye area is useful. The skin around the eyes is much thinner and more sensitive than normal facial skin.
What should you pay attention to when using our products?
Similar to food, cosmetics also contain numerous individual ingredients that can spoil if handled incorrectly or stored under unfavorable conditions. This is especially true for opened packages. Here are some tips for the proper storage and use of cosmetics:
Open packages only as needed for immediate use.
Use opened products within 6 months if possible; the relevant recommendation can be found on each product package.
Carefully reseal cosmetic products after each use.
Store cosmetics in a cool, dry, and dark place.
Expired products that show noticeable changes in smell and appearance should no longer be used.
Remove creams only with washed hands or use a clean cosmetic spatula.
What should you be aware of when using the DEEP CLEAN GEL CLEANSER with natural AHA, BHA and PHA acids?
Instructions for use:
Avoid direct contact with eyes.
Skin should always be protected from UV light during the day.
Where are the organic vegan products manufactured?
BIO:VEGANE is a brand of BCG Baden-Baden Cosmetics Group GmbH, headquartered in the northern Black Forest, more precisely in the heart of the green spa town of Baden-Baden. It is one of the leading independent, medium-sized cosmetics companies in Germany, handling everything in-house from the initial product idea, through research and development, production, bottling, and worldwide distribution to over 60 countries. Consequently, BIO:VEGANE products are manufactured in Germany.
Are all BIO:VEGAN products vegan?
All BIO:VEGANE products are registered with the Vegan Society in London and are therefore free of animal-derived ingredients and 100% vegan. Furthermore, all BIO:VEGANE products are gluten- and lactose-free and NATRUE® certified.
Are BIO:VEGAN products gluten- and lactose-free?
Yes, all of our products are gluten and lactose free.
Are organic vegan products well tolerated?
We ensure the safety of every cosmetic product through independent evaluation by a qualified safety assessor. In addition, we commission an independent testing institute to prepare a dermatological report for each of our products.
However, with the wide variety of cosmetic and natural raw materials used, it is unfortunately never entirely possible to rule out the possibility of skin reactions or intolerances in individual cases. Are fragrances used in the BIO:VEGAN products?
We avoid unnecessary ingredients, therefore all products are formulated without fragrance.
Can I use BIO:VEGAN products during pregnancy?
All products undergo a safety assessment and dermatological testing on volunteer subjects.
Our products are not dangerous, even during pregnancy.
However: For ethical reasons, our products are not tested on pregnant women, which is why we cannot make a definitive statement about their safety during pregnancy.
Generally, a mother's skin can change during pregnancy – becoming drier, oilier, or something similar. It's important to adjust your individual skincare routine accordingly if any changes occur. If you want to be absolutely sure, we recommend consulting a doctor about the ingredients (INCI). They can certainly provide you with more precise information.
Can I refill BIO:VEGANE products?
Our products are minimally preserved and therefore refilling is not intended for microbiological or hygienic reasons.
Can all organic and vegan products be combined with each other?
Yes, all products can be combined. Our customer service team will be happy to advise you and help you find the ideal skincare for your needs.
How much % AHA acid do each organic papaya product contain and what is it made up of?
Organic Papaya AHA Tonic with 5% AHA acid
Organic Papaya AHA Night Serum with 2% AHA acid
Organic Papaya AHA Care with 1.5% AHA acid
Our AHA acid is composed of:
Glycolic acid (from sugar cane): Quickly and easily penetrates the upper layers of the skin, resulting in healthier skin.
Citric acid: Regulates the skin's pH level to a tolerable, beauty-effective level.
Tartaric acid: Supports other exfoliating agents and helps the skin achieve the perfect pH level.
What is the difference between a facial fluid, a serum and a care product?
A facial fluid is lighter than a moisturizer but thicker than a serum. It can be applied under a moisturizer, but it also provides sufficient care on its own. A fluid contains less oil and absorbs more quickly. A serum is very liquid and, due to its special texture, can be worked into the skin and absorbed particularly well. Using a serum before moisturizer also intensifies its effects. A moisturizer is the final step in your skincare routine, providing the skin with ample hydration and protecting it from dehydration. It usually has a heavier and richer texture than a fluid or serum.
